13 August 2026This policy reflects the website's launch configuration. It is intended to be readable, not to hide the important parts behind legal shorthand.
1. Scope
This policy describes how the public Xynite Studio website handles information. It covers browsing the site, using the contact form, and following links from our pages. It does not describe the privacy practices of a future game, platform, or service; those products will receive their own notice when relevant.
2. Information you choose to send
If the contact form is configured and you submit it, we receive the details you provide: your name, email address, optional company, inquiry type, and message. We use this information to understand and respond to your inquiry.
The website does not write contact submissions to its own database. When delivery is enabled, the message is passed through a private webhook to the studio's Discord channel. If delivery is unavailable, the page offers a regular email link instead.
3. Technical information
Like most websites, our hosting, network, and security providers may process limited request data needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include an IP address, browser and device information, requested page, approximate request time, and diagnostic or security events.
We do not currently include a dedicated advertising tracker or build advertising profiles from your visits.
4. Cookies and local storage
The public interface can save one local preference in your browser: whether you asked the site to reduce motion. That preference remains on your device and helps us present a more comfortable experience on later visits.
Our anti-abuse or hosting providers may use strictly necessary technical storage to protect the contact form and deliver the site. We do not use that storage for interest-based advertising.
5. Service providers
Depending on the production configuration, information may be processed by infrastructure and service providers that help us host the site, manage published content, prevent automated abuse, or deliver contact messages through Discord. These providers process information under their own terms and only for the services they provide to us.
Third-party destinations linked from our games, news, careers, social profiles, or press materials have their own privacy practices. Review those policies before sharing information with them.
6. Retention and security
Contact messages may remain in the studio's private Discord channel for as long as reasonably needed to handle the conversation, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. The website itself does not maintain a separate archive of form submissions.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to this website. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices
You can browse without using the contact form, clear the motion preference through your browser storage controls, or contact us to ask about information you previously sent. Depending on where you live, privacy law may provide additional rights such as access, correction, deletion, objection, or restriction.
We may need enough information to confirm your request and may retain limited records where the law permits or requires it.
8. Children
This studio website is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information through the site, please contact us so we can review and address it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website, studio, or applicable requirements evolve. We will publish the revised version here and change the date shown at the top.
Privacy questions

If you have a privacy question or request, email the studio and include enough context for us to understand what you need.
